On January 29th 2019, the European Commission held its 2019 CITES CoP stakeholders consultation meeting in Brussels (Belgium). EPO took this opportunity to share with the EU officials its position about the CITES CoP agenda and supporting documents of interest. The EPO delegation was composed of the EPO Vice- President, Dominic Whitmee, its Secretary General, Nathalie Gamain, along with the EPO external herpetologist expert, Chris Newman from REPTA.
